HOW TO RETURN PRODUCT

Pacific Automotive RV & Truck Supply will accept returns and will issue a refund or credit for returned product if the following conditions are met:
Call 888-586-2323 and obtain a Returned Goods Authorization number
Product must be in original packaging and in resaleable condition
Product must not have been installed or tried to have been installed
Once received by our facility the product will be inspected for condition. Partial credit may be issued at our discretion. We reserve the right to issue partial credit on items as we deem necessary if product has been installed, damaged, or mishandled in any way.

DO NOT send product back to Pacific Automotive Rv & Truck Supply without first calling and obtaining a RGA (returned goods autorization) number. No returns will be accepted with out a valid RGA number. To obtain a RGA please call 1-888-586-2323 and have your invoice handy. All returns must be in original package, in resaleable condition and uninstalled. No credit will be issued for installed parts. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and customer is liable for and must pay return freight and insurance charges if applicable. No COD or freight collect returns will be accepted even if they accompany a valid RGA number.

We try and limit our sales online to exclude merchandise that has a core however should you need to return a core to us simply call 888-586-2323 for instructions
