The SELLER disclaims any warranty and expressly disclaims any liability for personal injury or damages. The BUYER acknowledges and agrees that the disclaimer of any liability for personal injury is a material term for this agreement and the BUYER agrees to indemnify the SELLER and to hold the SELLER harmless from any claim related to the item of the equipment purchased. Under no circumstances will the SELLER be liable for any damages or expenses by reason of use or sale of any such parts, equipment or supplies. The BUYER is responsible to obey all applicable federal, state, and local laws, statutes, and ordinances when operating his/her vehicle, and the BUYER agrees to hold SELLER harmless from any violation thereof. The SELLER assumes no liability regarding the improper installation or misapplication of its products. It is the purchaser's and/ or installer's responsibility to check for proper installation and if in doubt, contact the manufacturer. The SELLER assumes no liability for failure to do so. Under no circumstances will the SELLER be liable for any damage or expenses incurred by reason of the use or sale of any such equipment.

  WARRANTIES:
  All parts are covered by the limited warranty extended by our manufacturers. Parts returned for warranty claim will be exchanged or credited at our discretion. Pacific Automotive Rv & Truck Supply, Ltd. or our manufacturers will not honor warranty requests due to shipping damage, improper handling, improper installation, abuse, neglect, or accidents. Warranty claims apply to parts only, and do not cover labor, installation, towing, or any other charges.

  All prices are subject to change without notice.
  FORMS OF PAYMENT:
  CREDIT CARDS: We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover Card.
  PAYPAL: Payment can be made via Paypal
  SHIPPING:
  All shipments will be sent "best way" at our discretion. Overnight, two or three day delivery is also offered at an additional freight charge. If these services are requested the applicable freight charge will be added to your invoice.
  SHIPPING PROBLEMS:
  Please inspect your shipment carefully before signing for the package. Please note with carrier any problems or damages with order. All claims for shipment damage is to be made with shipper. If the package is in good condition, and has concealed damage please notify shipping company and Pacific Automotive Rv & Truck Supply, Ltd. immediately upon opening. KEEP ALL PACKAGING, INCLUDING SHIPPING CARTON. DO NOT return damaged items without prior authorization.
  RETURNS:
  All returns are subject UP to a 20% restocking charge. Please call for an (RGA) Return Goods Authorization before returning any item. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION! All items returned must be in uninstalled, unused, new condition and in the original packaging. Lost or damaged parts cannot be exchanged or refunded. Any authorized return must be sent freight prepaid to: Pacific Automotive Rv & Truck Supply Ltd., 700 Capri Drive, Boulder City, NV 89005. After an inspection of the returned parts a refund will be issued by the same method of payment used for the original purchase, within 10 working days from receipt of returned goods. Freight Charges and any applicable sales taxes are non-refundable. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE.
